Rollers for the wood industry

In the wood industry, rolls are needed for different processes.

Paint rollers

We supply paint rollers with special rubber compounds and precise sanding, which ensures a good paint transfer.

Cold guide rolls

Cold draw rolls are supplied with various types of grooves so that the roll transfers the correct amount of adhesive.

Hotmelt rolls

Hotmelt rollers are supplied with a special silicone compound (SpeedyCon) with excellent non-stick properties, which ensure good adhesive transfer and are also easier to clean.

Metering

Dosing rollers are supplied with a rubber grade with the right hardness, resulting in a good dosage of the adhesive.

Transport rollers

Conveyor rollers / rollers are supplied with X-NBR rubber grades and PU, as they require high wear resistance and tear resistance.
